About Me...

Hey Y'all! My name is Lindy Claborn and I have been teaching here at Blackwell for two years. I teach Art, grades 9-12, and this year I get to teach 8th U.S. History and 9th Geography. I have been married to my husband, Sheldon, for almost 19 and we have three children: Cooper, Brayden, and Ella.  A little about me: I grew up on the same ranch that my family and I live on now and I went to school at Blackwell CISD (K-12), so I most certainly bleed green! I am not really a people person, but somehow I love teenagers and know that my purpose is to serve, support, and teach them to be good human beings. I love being a hornet and that my kids get to be hornets, too! Go Big Green!
