New cafeteria procedures for lunch

On Monday we are going to try something new in the cafeteria. We usually serve between 110-120 students per day in the cafeteria and the cafeteria staff prepares for 140.  Seconds are free if they are available. The availability of seconds has not been as consistent.  So, beginning Monday, the cafeteria, instead of preparing for 140 students, will begin preparing for 200.  Seconds will continue to be free (except for milk and juice) and any leftovers at the end of the day will be refrigerated for use as seconds on the next day...

For example (this is not the actual scheduled menu), Monday cook spaghetti for 200

Tuesday...chicken nuggets with leftover spaghetti as seconds along with chicken nuggets (student can choose which seconds they want)

Wednesday...Philly cheese steak sandwich...last day for spaghetti seconds (or have them Thursday if it will last), second day for leftover nuggets, also extra steak sandwiches (maybe not make 200 of single serving items like the steak sandwich but maybe the 140 or 150) and seconds from the previous two days...

Obviously we will have adjustments along the way...so please be patient.

Students bringing their lunch may get seconds however, since they have not paid for a meal, those students will be required to pay for seconds.
