Blackwell CISD Announcement
- Schools will operate on a late start schedule with classes beginning at 10:00 AM.
- No breakfast will be served.
- Buses will run approximately 2.5 hours behind the regular schedule.
- If you believe roads in your area are unsafe, please keep your children home or bring them later. Any time missed will be excused.
